No Bake Monster Cookie Granola Bar Bites


I’ll admit it. I have a sweet tooth. After every meal I have this need to have something sweet. I try to fulfill that need in the most possible healthy way that I can. Thought these would be fun!


These are a healthier version to cookies with just the perfect amount of chocolate for that sweet tooth.

The peanut butter also gives a little protein if you need a quick snack to keep you going between meals!


Make sure you actually rinse your hands frequently like the recipe says…it will make rolling them into balls much easier. I found after every 3 balls was good. Also don’t over roll…just kinda smush into a ball shape. The more you play with it, the less they seem to stick together.
