Good source of veggies and protein.
When re heated, they fall apart a bit. Costly to make.
Used a pre-made marinara sauce.
This recipe will not be going in the box! I tried to be a vegetarian twice in my lifetime and I just can’t seem to find enough foods that I like to stay healthy doing it. This recipe wasn’t the worse but it also wasn’t good enough to get through a meal of it and actually enjoy it.
